Parts are evaluated for corrosion based on the length of its storage, damage caused, the cost, sensitivity of the part, and the packaging path is determined. The parts are then cleaned; If necessary, existing corrosion is removed. The product is dipped, sprayed, or brushed if required (without being given time to dry), and then neutralized with Cortec’s environmentally friendly products.

STRUCTURAL STEEL

Steel structure exposed to an aggressive Off-Road and Mining environment needs to be protected with a sophisticated treatment and may need to be designed with maintenance in mind if extended life is required.
